Our Transformation Kitchens at D-Hall includes a made-to-order Stir Fry Station; Vegan and Vegetarian - Plant Forward Station; Homestyle Station - where we spotlight JMU Fan Favorites: BBQ Wednesdays, Cheesy Thursdays and Buffalo Mash Friday; and our Mix To Tex Mex Fusion, featuring fresh tacos, quesadillas, and so much more. Hen & Harvest features fresh grilled chicken, burgers, tenders, and chicken sandwiches. True Balance, our “Made-Without” Station features items made without the top nine allergens. Our Worry Free Zone provides special access (via JAC Card) eliminating peanuts, tree nuts and gluten. We also have an extensive salad bar, made to order sandwiches, soup, fresh baked bread, hearth-baked pizzas, house-made desserts, and flavored soft serve ice cream.
