Dining Services works closely with the University Health Center to ensure that all of our students’ dietary needs are met. Our managers and chefs meet individually with students to discuss recipes, check ingredients, and plan special meals if needed. D-Hall and E-Hall each have designated stations that serve selections made with ingredients that do not contain gluten, vegan, vegetarian and Halal options for lunch and dinner every weekday. We also offer “Seriously Good” grab & go items based on lifestyle preferences such as vegan, vegetarian, selections made with ingredients that do not contain gluten or low calorie & fat. These are available at all of our food courts.
