Jay Vetter

Originally from Moorefield, WV, Chef Jay has been a part of the JMU dining team since 2008. A graduate of the culinary arts program at Johnson & Wales University, he has developed his culinary expertise in various restaurants and as chef/owner of his own restaurants. In 2012, Chef Jay earned ProChef II certification from The Culinary Institute of America.
