Key Concepts: NEW! Iron Skillet, featuring home-style classics, and Tavolino, filled with fresh Italian specialties. The All-You-Care-To-Eat Dining Hall also includes stone-oven pizza; flame-grilled favorites, soups, sandwiches, and an extensive salad bar. You'll also find True Balance (a dedicated area with a menu that avoids the top 9 common allergens) and a Vegan Station. Don't forget to grab one of our homemade desserts or ice cream too!

Fun Fact: E-Hall is a gold-level LEED certified facility. The building’s many features reduce energy consumption by 32.9% and energy cost by 22.2%. Behind the scenes, a comprehensive waste reduction effort ensures the recycling of 100% of fryer oil into Biodiesel or animal feed and oversees the composting of an average of 10 tons of pre- and post-consumer waste a month.
