AUTO-RENEWAL MEAL PLAN REMINDERS & SPRING MEAL PLAN CHANGES 

 

SPRING MEAL PLAN AUTO-RENEWAL REMINDERS:

  • Meal plans are annual contracts and automatically renew for the spring semester
  • The same plan chosen in the fall will be reassigned in the spring
  • Billing with tuition will take place in December
  • Contact Card Services for graduation exemption instructions by mid-November

 

NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE?

Upgrading & Signing Up Early Has Its Rewards

When you upgrade your Fall 2024 Meal Plan to an All Access Plus, All Access, or 14 Punch Meal Plan for Spring 2025 get a FREE SIX PACK OF DUKE DEAL COUPONS when signing up by 1/5/25.

Please Note: Any changes after 12/5 will be assessed a $15 service fee. Coupons will be distributed in early February.

 

Residents:

  • To make changes in My Madison and avoid a service fee, the deadline is December 5th at midnight.
  • Visit: My Madison > Student Center > Finances > Other helpful links > on campus meal plans
  • Between 12/6-1/5 email Card Services with your request
  • After 1/5 all meal plan changes will be hold and the last opportunity to make changes will be between 1/27 – 2/7.

 

Grace Street Residents:

  • Those choosing a traditional meal plan, the All Access, All Access Plus, or 14 Punch, make changes in My Madison to avoid a service fee. The deadline to make changes is December 5th at midnight. Changes can also be made between December 6th – January 5th and January 27th – February 7th via email
  • Grace Street residents choosing the 10 Punch, 100 Block, 75 Block, or 50 Block Meal Plans that require a change should visit: https://www.jmu.edu/cardctr/meal-plans/student-commuter-meal-form.shtml

 

Non-Residents:

NEW MEAL PLAN HOLDERS

New meal plan holders, valid only for students who did not purchase a Fall 2024 Meal Plan. See the options outlined below.

Signing up early has its rewards! Sign up by 1/5/25 and get a FREE COUPON BOOK ($160 value). Coupon books will be distributed in early February.
